Yummy Cake Cookies
My grandma gave me this super easy and super yummy cake cookie recipe.
1 Box of any cake mix you like (I perfer the French Vanilla)
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Veg. oil
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
mix the cake mix, egg, & oil until well combined.
put a dollop of batter on the cookie sheet about 1 to 2 inches apart.
bake 10-13 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
These are a hit with my family!!!! I usually have to make a new batch every other day or so!! I found at Kroger they usually have their cake mix on sale, which is where I stock up at. Saves money and is so tasty, you wont use a pre-made cookie dough again!!!
